Bell Site Development is a small family owned company based in Waterford, Michigan, we have been in business at the same location for over 35 years. We are a well rounded, diverse company capable of performing a wide range of services. THOUGH WE ARE SMALL WE ARE LARGE IN KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE.

There is no such thing as a job that’s too big or too small. We try to accommodate everyone from homeowner projects to large commercial developments. 

We have a wide range of heavy equipment and heavy trucks that can perform an assortment of services such as, but not limited to: Excavation, Water and Sewer Installation, Licensed Septic Installer in Oakland County, Grading, Trucking, Concrete and Asphalt Tear-Outs, Demolition, Mass Site Clearing and Prep for Both Commercial and Residential Sites. 

We have two topsoil screen plants running at all times. We offer mobile screening of your materials, too. 

We carry any and all materials and are capable of delivering from one yard to 50,000 yards. At Bell Site Development, we offer many different trucking and machine rates for different applications.  Doing a tear out of concrete or asphalt and don’t have a truck? Call us and we’ll haul it away and dispose of your materials. Too much dirt on site? We can handle that too!
